Can't open ipad ios 9.3.1 only update app in app store.

I only update app in app store. Then it can't do any things touch screen, close ipad. Then I restart ipad and it still on apple logo. My storage capacity remain about 3.6 GB. First, I try to press power+home button many time but it still on apple logo. I connect to my computer it still see my photo from the ipad. But itune can't see my ipad and then I use DFU mode. I try to update ios back again from itune but it still on apple logo. I don't want to restore because I not backup information. My ipad not install jailbreak and insert the sim card. Please tell me how to fix this problem or only restore my ipad.
