I have a new iphone and old apps. I tried to update the old apps but its saying they were bought with a different ID. It was my old ID - this *****. Anything I can do about this?
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
You need to sign into the old account. Alternatively you can delete them and reinstall with a different ID.

Did you create a new ID when you got the new phone? If so, there was no need to do that. Did you change the Apple ID at some point? Have you tried Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Sign out of the "wrong" ID and sign in with the old one or the one that was used to make the purchases.
This is the notice I have - I did not refund or cancel the app.
The ID was changed a few years ago. I do not remember the old password for the old ID.
"Update Unavailable with This Apple ID"
"This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
Adam - How do you delete and reinstall? Wouldn't I have to have the old ID and password?
Apps need updating but APP store won't...
