Issues Streaming Amazon Prime Audio

Hi...

I've been streaming Amazon Prime music at work over the company wifi for over 6 months with no problems.


Now i get issues where it'll stream for a while, then stop. I'll still be connected to the wifi, but nothing comes over, and i am unable to open web pages in Safari as well.


The only way I've gotten around this is go into wifi settings on the iPod and renew lease, but this only last for a little while, then I have to repeat. It has just started doing this. I have no problems with my iPhone 6s or iPad. Just the iPod.


Any ideas whats causing this and how to correct it?

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
