Unknown info settings

I was scrolling through settings when I noticed the following. Under "SEID" (for whatever that is) it says "unknown". Under this you find my second picture.

Can anyone tell me what this is ? It raised some suspicion.

A quick translate:

fabrikant - manufacturer

Modelnummer - modelnumber

Serie nummer - serial number

And so on...
