My iphone got hacked (I think)

How can I restore my iphone if it will not allow me to unlock it with my numbers security code nor my figure print?

That is not the sign of a hacked phone

Please follow these steps

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
