5 Apps are not letting me access them, says waiting. Also I am not able to download apps. Keeps telling me I have no device. Help!

Please make sure that -
1. You are connected to a good WiFi
2. Settings - general - restrictions - downloading apps (set on white - OFF)
3. You are signed in to the same Apple ID that was initially used to download those apps (Settings - iCloud - the current Apple ID in use is listed underneath)
Try these steps in order to see if any of them fix the issue:
Settings -> General -> App Store: Make sure that you're signed in to your account.
Open the App Store and tap on any of the five headings on the bottom ten times in a row. This will reset the App Store and may restore the downloading process.
Settings -> General -> App Store: Sign out of your account, restart, sign back into your account.
