Kernel Panic caused by second user account

Hi, I've just bought a second hand MacBook Pro 15".

When I use it on a non-password secured admin account it works fine. But, if I use it on my password-protected standard user account it continually restarts soon after login, pretty much as soon as I try to use any application or even before starting an app.

It has two drives, a SSD for the boot and applications, and a HDD for data.

I get the following error report to send to Apple, which includes details of the machine in the 6th paragraph.

Does anyone know what is causing this and what the solution might be. I'm grateful for help anyone can offer. Thanks, Bill

The unit has a faulty logic board. If possible, return it to the seller. Fixing it would cost more what you paid for it.
