How to decline an online iTunes Gift Card

My son ordered $56 in iTunes gift cards and sent them to his friend. He thought he only did it once and used his own iTunes gift card for the purchase but he actually did it 4 times and it was charged to my Visa. How can I get his friend to decline the gift or how can I reverse the gift?
