I have lost some of my contacts after deleting accounts that were linked to my calender. Is there a way to restore them?

Today morning i have delete some of the obsolete accounts on my phone which were linked to my calendar.

After deleting those i have observed that i have lost some of my contacts on the phone which were saved after a period of time.
