Q: why can't I send pictures from my iphone SE to an android device

I take a picture with my SE.
I want to text it to my brother who has an android phone.

It comes back, almost immediately "Not Delivered"
sending pictures to other iPhones works fine.

I have wifi and internet connections

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.1

Their phone probably can't handle the size/resolution of the iPhone picture.

Try the steps outlined HERE and if it still doesn't work, tell your brother to buy an iPhone.

Make sure you have MMS enabled in message settings.

also you need to be provisioned by your phone carrier to use MMS.

If the link provided by Pmintz doesn't help then you will need to contact your cell phone provider to see what the issue is.

As provided in the steps all are configured correctly.
Note: I have been unable to convert my brother to apple.

    Razmee

    MMS in enabled
Same carrier (AT&T).  The SE was an upgrade and as a side note...it has not been smooth at all.

    Previous iPhone4 worked flawlessly.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

    Appreciate your time.

Even if it is enabled, it could be you're not provisioned when you upgraded your phone.  AT&T is also our carrier for work, anytime  I do an iphone upgrade I always end up having to call them to re-provision a user account for something.

I would give them a call.

First I want to say that the iPhone is now sending and receiving pictures with non-iPhone devices.

The issue was that the network still though I was using an iPhone 4S.  AT&T tech changed the

setting and I rebooted the SE.  Immediately got some pictures that had been waiting (from an android) and

I could send pics as well to that android.

    Thanks for your help!
