No one can tell such stuff from outside your computer,
and Apple does not operate that way at all,
and Apple messages use better grammar.
Try to get the Force Quit window: Command-Option-Escape
select your browser and force quit.
(a restart may be prudent at this point)
when re-launching the browser, hold down the Shift key to avoid re-loading previously-opened pages.
