how can I enabe my iPhone 4 when disabled? iTunes doesn't recognize my device

Hello, Please some one help!!

My iPhone 4 got disabled by entering wrong passcode for more than 5 times. It wasn't me , it was my little sister guessing my passcode to peek in.

I never connected this phone with any other devices i.e Laptop or PC or MAC.

I searched for enabling my phone, and installed latest version of iTunes into my laptop.

But now when I connected my phone via data cable, noting happens. iTunes doesn't even recognize, I've tried every usb port on my laptop knowing that each one of them works, but I checked every port just in case one doesn't work.

I can't enable my phone it's been more than 24 hours. My phone is disabled and feels like its dead.

PLEASE HELP!! 😟
