I have a new ipod nano. I have purchased iTunes songs, but when I right click on the songs, I don't see "add to playlist" like I used to see. How can I add or move songs to a playlist? I have a windows 10 Lenovo Flex 3 laptop. Thanks.

You don't see Add to Playlist at all when you right-click on a song in iTunes?
Does your iPod appear in iTunes when you connect it? It should appear as a device button on the horizontal bar that goes across the iTunes window. See screenshot below of my iTunes window (upper left corner), showing an iPod's device button (circled in red).
