my iphone screen shattered and i had to restore my phone now i cant set my phone up what can i do

I shattered my phone screen and couldn't enter the password so i had to connect to itunes and restore my phone, now that that is all done it is telling me to set up my phone and i cant because my screen is broken. is there a way i can do this from the computer
