About This Mac Disk Storage Error

My Storage says I have 21GB in movies and I have looked high and low and cleared out everything (after backing up) I could and it still says that? Can someone please show me the ways of the force to fix this?

Thanks and blessings,

No movies in iTunes?

If this is a result of a corrupted index, force Spotlight To re-index your drive/volume:

1. From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences.

2. Click Spotlight.

3. Click the Privacy tab.

4. Drag a folder or an entire volume (your hard drive) to the list.

5. If prompted for confirmation, click OK.

6. Remove the item or volume you just added to the list by clicking it and then clicking the minus ("-") button.

7. Close Spotlight preferences.
