Purchased Music Playlist Apple Music

Hey just have a question to ask just wondering why one of my playlists wont sync to my mac but will to my iOS devices the playlist that wont sync is called "Purchased Music" i did not create this it was created when i first started using Apple Music and chose the merge option in the settings during the setup. All the other playlists i created myself do go to all my devices just except this one Purchased Music playlist. Is anyone else having this issue. is it possible that this playlist is just for iOS to iOS devices which i would think would be unusual if it was ill send a screenshot of what i mean. As you can see all playlists are syncing except this one purchased playlist is there a reason for this
