Does Apple have cache and cookies? If so, how do I delete?

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Cookies

For the cache. Back to the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab then click: Show Develop menu in menu bar

Now look at your Safari menu bar, you should see Develop. Click Develop > Empty Caches

Ok... you posted in the Safari for Mac community so I wasn't aware you were using an iPad. Don't worry about that.

There is not a cache pre se to empty on an iPad but you can remove cookies.

Tap Settings > Safari then swipe down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
