Hello! I need some help. My iPhone 6Plus is 15 months and suddenly started having screen problems. The screen is forever frozen (I cannot type). I brought it for repair but was told that the phone will never work. Please assist!!!

If you "brought it for repair," and were told "the phone will never work," your only option is to get a second opinion. Did you get that diagnosis from an AASP, or Apple Store?
Yes I did get it from both AASP and Apple Store. I am really worried that my phone will never work and my money is gone down the drain.

Did you inquire about replacing it with the Maximum out-of warranty service fee?
I would advise that you check that link, and if not satisfied with the answer seek a third party repair solution.
