Find discharged iPhone

Is there any chance to find iPhone, if no Network and Location service were turned on?
If yes - then share with me this information.

That way you will know for certain.

No there isn't, except to physically search for the device. For Find My iPhone to work to locate the iPhone, the following things need to be in place;
Find My iPhone needs to have been turned on before the device goes missing.
The device needs to be charged and powered on.
The device needs to have an active connection to the internet.
If anything in that list is missing, then you will be unable to use Find My iPhone.
