Since I've updated my IPhone 6 to 9.3.1, some of my App are acting rather wonky. Especially, Google App, it opens and then freezes. I cannot get any answers from Google, so wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue?

Try deleting the Google app and reinstalling.
Yesterday, I did what both you and karaba74 suggested, however the problem persisted. This morning, I reinstalled the Google App and it is working. Thank you both for your suggestions.
