I got myself disabled out of my 6s and I am running Windows
itunes is up to date.
The first error I got was a 3194 error- I went into the host file and edited it according to what I found on the internet.
Once I tried restoring again, I get a 17 error.
I go back into the host file and take out what I added and this 17 error remains.
Please, for the love of god, help me.

I've already looked at these.
Restore or update from another computer
Try to restore or update on another computer with a different Internet connection. This helps to make sure there aren't issues with your computer that might stop iTunes from communicating with the update server.
Did you do that too?

May 4, 2016 3:00 PM in response to razmee209by tonixo,Yes, I've tried a laptop and desktop and both are producing the same errors. Even when the anti virus is shut off and the firewall is off.
I just put in a new number into the host file (the one that starts with 127) and am finally getting a different error. 3004
