My phone black out , it want turn on unles im hold the power and volume button . and when it does come on it doesnt leave from the screen it was on before it blacked out . io also cant see my calls only can hear and feel them

After you reset the phone, which is what you are doing by holding the power and home buttons together at the same time, what screen are you saying that comes up? What other troubleshooting have you tried? What screen do you see on the device, if you can see a screen at all?
i dont think my home botton works because when the screen is on i tried pressing home botton but nothing happens . i can see the screen and type and stuff but ONLY on the screen it was on before is blacked out and thats twitter , i can only get on twitter i cant text , answer calls or anything else
If the home button does not work, then you are not resetting the phone. Holding the power and volume buttons does nothing.
If you cannot reset because of a broken home button, then you are going to have to try and restore the device. First try a restore to backup, and if necessary, restore the device to factory. If in fact the home button is broken, I suggest making a Genius Bar appointment and have it repaired.
