Suddenly today my iPhone 6 will open some things but not others.. LinkedIn and YouTube will not open but other things that use Wi-Fi do. Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so, can you help?

Have you tried a Forced Restart? Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.
