You can't - the processes to play the audio stream on a CD and to extract the audio data for use in iTunes are distinct. Either listen to the CD and them import it, or import and play the album iTunes.

After the first track is done importing, switch to your iTunes library and start playing the copy in the library (not the CD). iTunes will continue to rip the rest of the tracks on the CD.
Since the ripping process is faster than the playing process, you will be able to hear the whole album with no further delay.
