How do I permamently delete an iCloud email???

Simple, I don't want another email account and can't figure out a way to permamently delete it. How do I do it apple? Every time I seem to disable it it comes back with the next update.

I use gmail and yahoo and have no intention of using apple for emails. I want the icloud email gone from my devIces.
