I closed the macbook in the middle of a solitaire game. I came back in 5 minutes and opened it to a black screen. It will not awaken from sleep, no matter which keys I press. I do hear a humming at times. Please help - I need this for a presentation on Monday. Thank you!
Force shutdown by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds. Restart and see if everything is normal.
