iOS 9.3 Data Consumption Higher - Verizon

Is anyone else seeing a spike in data on Verizon since the last iOS update? Since August, I have streamed music to and from work, which is 45 minutes away. My wife streams it some times, not as often as I do. We were on the 6 gig plan and NEVER had an issue. Now, it seems like I am hitting 2 gig of usage in the first 4 days. I panicked and turned everything off, and that is helping a little, but I shouldn't have to fear that I can't use my phone due to data - especially when it has never been an issue.


To answer the basics: NO

  1. I do not have Wifi assist turned on
  2. I do not FACETIME on cellular
  3. I do not stream video of any kind
  4. Facebook video is not on, it's turned off unless on wifi
  5. higher quality over cellular is not turned on


Can someone PLEASE help me!?
