How to get internet from the sky

Choices may include:

• Use cellular if your device supports it.
• Wi-Fi is available via satellite providers.

If you were looking for free Wi-Fi I'm afraid that won't prove easy to find.

If you do find it free, it will be either illegal or unsafe or possible both.

Or possibly neither illegal nor unsafe.

I think the odds are very much against that.

I can walk into some airports or Starbucks and get free Wi-Fi. Libraries offer free Wi-Fi to members. Many legitimate sources for free Wi-Fi. Any Wi-Fi connection can be made pretty safe if you use a VPN. There are even some, not many, free VPN servers. If you limit yourself to browsing, then you can use protected browsers such as Tor Browser or join the Tor network. Just a few possibilities.
