I am looking for an app or another way to have complete access to what my teen is doing on their iPhone. Including texts, imessages and times they are using phone. Most apps don't seem compatible with iPhone.

There is no app that will do what you want.Apple has created a secure OS and respects the privacy of it's users.
There are reasons for that.
Apple has, whether parents like it or not, provided a secure device for all of it's users, regardless of age.
"Complete" access will not likely ever be available. Most methods involve workarounds that have their own workarounds.
Ask your teen.
There is an app for that but its not Apple recommended, I have not tried the app myself I just saw it in an AD. (by that I mean I don't know if it works)
But it only will you you sent iMessages
