How to block "No Caller ID"?

Someone keeps all the time,when I pick up they don't respond and its becoming annoying and kinda creepy..,

how to disable No caller ID? I know about "Do not disturb" settings but that will block numbers that aren't in my contact group.

Is there any other way?

You can also block individual numbers, but since you don't see the number, you can't block it.

Some cellular providers give the option of blocking all "Callers without ID" or "Unidentified callers." Visit your account on the provider's web page.
