I understand that you are are unable to use the trackpad and keyboard on your MacBook Pro. I know you have tried using Safe Mode and that has not resolved it. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
One thing I would try is by using a USB keyboard or Mouse if you have access to one. You would want to use that in conjunction with starting up in OS X Recovery to test to see if there is a hardware issue with your keyboard and trackpad. Take a look at the first two articles to go over troubleshooting the keyboard and booting to OS X Recovery.
