Good free MP4 Converters for Mac?

Hi guys, i just got back from a trip which i recorded on my GoPro, but it turns out it all recorded as .MKV files, which i cannot edit since IMovie cannot read .MKV files, so i am asking if there are any free converters from MKV to Mp4 files out there, so thanks.
