For the past several months I have an extra mailbox show up everyday called Junk E-mail1. I have deleted it many times, on my iPhone, Mac and iCloud.com, only to have it come back a few minutes later. What is causing this mailbox to continue to show up and how can I get rid of it for good?

That junk mail folder is usually there, at least, the one I see on the iPhone and on iCloud.com. If you're referring to the one on the Mail app, on the Mac's dock, that has iCloud in brackets, then that's part of iCloud. I do not believe that one could be deleted or removed.
It isn't the Junk E-mail folder....that is there as well. It's a folder called "Junk-Email1." It has no purpose and there is never anything in it. I deleted it yesterday and it's back again this morning.
