I have lost my apple related apps:safari, apple iTunes, seer,i on my iPad after visiting the Netherlands and having the iPad on airplane mode for 10 days.Could these apps have been stolen?

I have lost Safari, Apple Store, Apple Apps , I have seen apple iTunes in the app its in settings. I would like to know how to restore them. I backed everything to iCloud. I think I have to download the latest iOS upgrade????? I did have the iPad on air[lane mode for 10 days while in the Netherlands so I would not be receiving data. What would you suggest??

Have you checked to see if you've hidden them via Settings > General > Restrictions ? There are settings in Restrictions to hide the App Store app ('Installing Apps' set 'off') and Safari (and iTunes Store app) - not sure what you are referring to by 'Apple Apps'.

(I've asked for your post to be moved to the Using iPad forum, where you've posted is for questions about the iTunes U app.)
