Wifi calling error message Sprint iPhone 5 S

I recently purchased an iPhone 5 S and receive an error message when trying to turn my wifi calling. I have Sprint as my carrier and wifi calling has been removed since the latest update was completed both with my iPhone 5C and my new iPhone 5S. The error message says there is an issue with my account managers security settings and to contact the account manager/owner. I was able to use the wifi calling before the latest iOS 9 update. I have gone through all the steps posted and continue to get the same error message. Sprint stated its an issue with the latest Apple Update. Please help!!
