MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
Did you try logging out, and logging into your account?
>Log out
Yes I have many times and nothing
You will have to explain your situation more fully.
>System Preferences>Users & groups
current users should be listed here. Unlock the padlock and make changes if necessary.
That icon appears on the login screen when you have more than one account on your Mac. Have you set up additional users recently? Have you fallen prey to an online support scam and/or let someone else login to your Mac remotely?
Another possibility is that you have joined your machine to a directory server. This is not likely to happen if it's a 'home' machine but if you are using it at work...
Click the icon of the head and shoulders. The 'Others...' will convert to a 'username' and 'password' pair of text entry boxes.

I've don that too and nothing
There are no other users besides me. I don't know it just showed up out of no where
I Clicked on it and no username shows up
Is there a menu bar at the top of the screen? Do the shutdown and restart buttons that are just clipped at the bottom of your photo work?

Restart in Safe Mode — shut down your computer, then start it. Right after you hear the start-up chime, press Shift. Are you able to get into your system now?
The reason "Other…" is on your Login screen is because you have "Find My Mac" disabled in the iCloud settings along with the Guest user.
The bottoms are there
Find my Mac is on and the guest user is disabled
I am able to get into safe mode

FWIW, when I first ran into this question… Re: How to remove "Other" account from login screen?
Disabling Find My Mac worked. It no longer does apparently.
Thank so much it worked it's gone!!! The link to the other thread helped the terminal (sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow SHOWOTHERUSERS_MANAGED -bool FALSE) is the trick
