Q: I just transferred my domain name to Bluehost.com and having issues with my user name and password. I have been on 5 chats and spoke to a supervisor. They do not see any verification issues in their logs. Is anyone else having issues with Bluehost?
I just transferred my domain name to Bluehost.com. I have been unable to receive email on any of my apple devices since then. I can get email via the Bluehost cpanel. Bluehost says they are not seeing any authentication errors in their logs. I am getting Username/Password error messages. I have changed my password several times. We even attempted a test email account and got the same issue. Anyone else having the same experience? Any suggestions?
