I texted a friend and tried to add a photo, it would not work. The little camera was not active. What happened does anyone know?

Hi..

Force restart your iPhone.

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Then try again. The camera icon should be available to add a photo.
