Q: BUG: duplicated Mac OS X updates

Does anyone have this issue?

The update was installed (2 times? how is this possible?), but my App Store app still shows it (with a duplicate).

I tried to click "update" button many times, nothing changes.

I tried removing the temp folder with command: rm -rf $TMPDIR../C/com.apple.appstore/ , doesn't help.

It's a problem on Apple's network, not on your computer. All you can do is wait for it to go away.

Very helpful. Ok, the duplicate listings under "Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days" in this case will eventually go away.

But what if there are no outstanding updates available? I recently started using combo updates. Since then, some updates are installed twice according to System Report, Installations.

Specifically, after using the 10.11.6 Combo Update, the Digital Camera RAW Update 6.20 was again installed along with Itunes 12.4.2. These updates were downloaded from the App Store. 6.20 had previously been installed before I started using combo updates.

    Do apparent duplicate installations matter?

    Thank you, Linc.
