My screen is blacked out.

I May or may not have thrown my phone and now the screen isn't working. A blue light shows up behind it when I press the home button, and the screen works, but I cant physically see what I am doing. Plus, my lock button is broken so I had to wait for it to die, but I was only guessing. Now I've had it plugged in for hours and it's just sitting there making a beep noise every few seconds but it's still not working.... Please help me!!!!!!!
