Flash is such a resource hog that even Adobe has given up developing mobile version. So no. Not here or anywhere. Note that there are some iOS browsers that can let you view Flash content for a subscription. They work by running Flash on their central servers and just piping the graphics results to the client in your mobile.

But Apple has never supported Flash on iOS devices (iPad or iPhone). You need to download SkyFire browser in the App store if you're viewing content that requires Flash Player.
