Error -54 when syncing my iphone with itunes

Hi guys

I have an iPhone 6S+ on the latest 9.3.1 software.

I am trying to sync it with my itunes on Windows 10 but I get a silly error:

The iphone "name"cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (-54)

""

Anyone knows what this problem is? I can't believe you get errors even if your iphone is not jailbroken of which this phone has never been jailbroken before haha.
