How do I sign in my iCloud photo? so I can delete photos

Tap Settings > iCloud then swipe down and tap Sign Out.
That will delete all your iCloud synced data.
If you don't want to do that, tap Settings > iCloud > Photos then toggled iCloud Photos Library OFF.
