10.11 X EI Capitan Macbook Pro. suggestion for install of Directory Services and workgroup.

We have total 85+ users on Mac. Current Version is 10.11 OS X EI Capitan. We have a issue here. Trying to setup Directory Services and workgroup. We understand 10.10 only is supported. Please let us know if there are any methods that can help us install the same in the network on 10.11. We have the OS X server handy.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

The right answer is to migrate to Profile Manager or another MDM solution.

However, if there is some reason you can not do this, just leave your servers on 10.10 and continue to set values via MCX. MCX is depreciated but will still (mostly) work on 10.11 clients. Just extensively test and apply settings at a reasonable pace. Be mindful that not all will work but most should. Don't get too complicated and understand that you may need to clear the Managed Preferences folder manually if you are making frequent changes.

Again, the right answer is to leave MCX behind and move to configuration profiles. Is there a specific reason why you want to stay with MCX?
