Voice Control Keeps on Activating

Hi All,

When I turned off Siri and switch offline video from Youtube or from Music, The Voice control pop up in every 2 secs.

When I turn off Siri, message pops up saying your SIRI is turned on. I am observing this issue from last 2 weeks. As other mentioned it is observed when I listen music via head phone.

If anyone has solution please post to it.
