What will I do if there are pink and yellow vertical lines appeared in the screen of my iPhone 6s Plus after it fell over? And the touchscreen is unresponsive?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider to have the hardware examined. Seems you may have damaged the screen.
