Seems it is multiple services http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
It also indicates it was cleared just after 4.00 PM my time (about 5 hours ago at time of writing)

It bothers me when Original Posters do it and don't explain why they found one one "better" over another.
For the Hosts to do the same seems a crying shame.
My knowledge is centred around iChat and Messages so other info like this is up for grabs.
A new poster could have could across the Status page just as easily.
