Family Sharing issue

So I have family share enabled and my sibling has gotten a new mac which comes with iMovie, numbers, pages and keynote and she has family sharing enabled yet these items do not show up for free on my mac's app store.

She has share my purchases enabled which says 'Share your iTunes, iBooks and App Store purchases with your family.'

Why are her apps not showing on my store for free?
