Why cannot i choose Ukraine in the counties list?

I can neither select Ukraine when requesting support

Apple.com support page says: If a country is not present in the list then the services are not available.

WHY not present?

Are we nominally buying less than people in other CEE countries do?

The worst is you are offering Russia by default for my location.

WHY?

I have purchased iPhone in US and live in Kyiv, Ukraine. And cannot have 50mn population country listed at apple.com.

You have 2mn people Lithuanian language, 10mn Hungarian Lang, and there is no 50mn Ukrainian.

Would greatly appreciate your response.

This is my 3rd try to have your comments.

And Final Question:

Would like to buy either MacBook Air or MacBook 2016.

Official sellers have Russian keyboard only.

I need Ukrainian. When will we have such option?

I would prefer not to see [Ъ], [Ё].

Everyone here is an iTunes user just like you.

You are not addressing Apple here.

All companies may choose where to do business and for whatever reason they choose to do so. There are countless variables/reasons that can make a company choose where to do business and where not to do business. Apple, nor most any company, will list the reasons for you.

You may leave feedback for them at the link in the post above if you like, but they certainly will not respond to you.
