App Store not searching correctly

I woke up this morning to discover my iPad's version of the App Store can't find things like Google, any Apple apps other than Garageband, etc. there's usually like 10 results total. Not only that it's acting kind of weird. Choppy at times, dropping frames and stuttering along. It's not all the time just randomly.

It is like it suddenly became corrupted. I'm using my iPad now to write this message and not sure if it's the forum or what but my keyboard isn't auto correcting as it should.

I've forced restarted the iPad to no avail. I cleared out all the apps. Nothing appears to have worked. I have the iPad Pro 9.7

I forgot to mention I just recently performed a full restore (holding home and power while connected to iTunes) and starting this iPad as a new device.
